 Due to the sanitary aspect of our products, We do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write an email at the address below asap so that we may best solve your issue. In the unlikely event your item arrives either damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@mairoyalhomedesigns.com .  To help resolve your issue, we will ask for photos or videos to determine the best course of action (e.g. replacement).
